How can I check your availability?
To check availability, please fill out our reservation form. If the date is available, we will send you an E-Mail or call you, Then you can pay your deposit thru the mail. When we receive your deposit we will confirm your party date and time.

How do I reserve a party?


How can I check my Availability & Reserve a Party?? Please email me or text me if you have any questions. If the date is available, I will send you an E-Mail or call you, After, your date is confirmed we must receive your party agreement and your $100 deposit with in 3-4 days to officially confirm your reservation party date. Final payment of the balance must be paid in CASH . Once we receive your deposit, I will email you a receipt and party suggestion sheet. Please click below to download our party agreement.

Is there a deposit?
  A non-refundable deposit of $100 or more made out to Cathy Scott to reserve any "hosted" party package. Checks accepted through the mail, Check by mail to P.O. Box or cash can be excepted by special arrangement.

HOSTED PARTY:

A "security deposit" of $100.00 (reservation deposit) is required, If your party is "Hosted" any balanced due, must be received in CASH before set-up.


If any additional charges:
If your party falls on a National Holiday, There is a extra $35.00 charge.
As facial services or party accessories available upon request must be paid in cash before the party or the day of.

   

   

Clothing & Garments:
All clothing is made to wear over a child's own clothing; however, leotards and/or spandex pants with t-shirts are my recommendation. All clothing garments are laundered & foot tubes, nail dryers are sterilized after each use.

Beverages & Food:
Please refrain from serving "messy" foods at your party such as chilidogs, condiments, and other items that can stain our linens or clothing garments.


Damages:
If any items should be stained or damaged, they would have to be replaced at the expense of the host of the party. The maximun for Liability is $250.00.

Client Obligations:

a.      Provide a safe and clean area for dress-up, and all activities.
b.      Remain with/near the party at all times.
c.      Provide a gathering place for parents of the guests who wish to stay.
d.      Provide a smoke-free environment.
 

**Jazzlyn’s Parties:
Jazzlyn’s Parties Assumes No Responsibility or Liability for accidents or damages caused during your party. We are not responsible for allergic reactions to wearing any clothing garment, lip-gloss. Frosting, sprinkles in or on any baking goods, baking goods, (Cookies), or using any lotions, nail polishes, or any fragrances. We will not supply any nail polish remover; this would be left under the discretion of the adult host of the party.
